Today Ricardo (2010) Consultants Ltd has been sold as planned to SAIC Motor
Company for £1 following the exercise of their option as previously announced on
30 January 2007. The transfer of ownership is not expected to have any
commercial impact for Ricardo plc in the financial year to 30 June 2007.
