Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of, 
and to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of 880,000 Ordinary Shares 
of 25p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, 
to the Official List.

530,000 of these shares will be issued following the exercise of options under 
the Company's Sharesave Scheme, and 350,000 of these shares will be issued 
following the exercise of options under the company's Executive Share Option 
Scheme.

Copies of this brochure are available for inspection from the Document Viewing 
Facility of the UK Listing Authority during the next two business days and from

up to and including 14 days from date thereof.
