Revolution announces that, at the Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed on a poll.

The results of the voting at the Meeting and the number of proxy votes cast for and against and those withheld  in respect of each of the resolutions will shortly be published on the Company's website at www.revolutionbarsgroup.com/investors/shareholder-centre/general-meetings.
