P Stanley Retires as Non-executive Chairman

As previously announced on 8 February 2000, at the Company's Annual General
Meeting held earlier today P.H.A.Stanley retired as non-executive Chairman and
Director of the Company and was succeeded as Chairman by A.I.Bottomley, a
non-executive Director of the Company since June 1997.
