                     Rensburg Sheppards plc ("the Company")

                      Change of accounting reference date



The Company announces that its accounting reference date has changed to 31
March.  The current accounting period, which commenced on 1 December 2004, will
therefore comprise 16 months ending 31 March 2006.  The Company will publish
interim financial statements for the six months ending 31 May 2005 and four
months ending 30 September 2005, prior to publishing final financial statements
for the 16 months ending 31 March 2006.
