Management Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has an indirect
interest in 2,085,935 voting rights of the Company.  This represents 4.75% of
the Company's total voting rights.  All of these shares are held in nominee
companies which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Rensburg Sheppards Investment
Management Limited.
