The Company was informed on 13 June 2005 by Legal & General Group PLC that Legal
& General Group PLC and/or its subsidiaries no longer hold a notifiable interest
in the shares of the Company.  This change follows the increase in the Company's
issued share capital as a result of the issue of 25,500,000 shares on 6 May 2005
in consideration of the acquisition of Carr Sheppards Crosthwaite Limited.
