Board Appointment

Earlier today, the board announced within its interim results for the ten month
period to 30 September 2005, the appointment with effect from 14 November 2005
of Michael Robert Haan as a non-executive director of the Company and a member
of the audit, nomination and remuneration committees.


This subsequent announcement is to confirm that in respect of Mr Haan's
appointment, no information is required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule
9.6.13 R.
