In accordance with previous announcements made on the 14 November 2006 and 24
January 2007, the board today confirms the retirement, on 31 March 2007, of Mike
Burns as Chief Executive and executive director and Nicholas Bagshawe as an
executive director. Steve Elliott was appointed as Chief Executive with effect
from 1 April 2007.
