The board today announces that Jonathan Wragg has resigned as Company Secretary.
Jonathan will continue in his role as Group Finance Director for the Company.
Paula Watts, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries, who recently
joined the Company, has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect from 27
March 2007.
