Appointment of Non-Executive Director

The Board of Revolution Bars Group plc is pleased to announce that it intends to appoint William Tuffy as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Subject to shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 26 November 2018, the appointment will take effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting.

William (56) is a Chartered and Certified Accountant with over 30 years' experience in senior general and financial management roles in Retail, FMCG and Property Investment and Management. He has also been involved with business transformation and turnaround projects in companies ranging from large multi-nationals to mid-sized businesses and start-ups.  He has held Non-Executive positions, including four years at Beale plc, during which time he was initially Senior Independent Director and then Non-Executive Chairman. Whilst at Beale plc, William also served as Chair of both Audit and Remuneration Committees.

William's appointment brings to the Board expertise in all areas of finance and corporate governance as well as retail discipline and development. As such, he will chair the Company's Audit Committee and will also sit on its Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Other than is set out below, there is no other information that is required to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules relating to William Tuffy.

William Tuffy was a director of Modiga Limited, which was placed into members' voluntary liquidation on 22 December 2014 and is awaiting dissolution.
