Application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing
Authority for the admission to the Official List of 358,984 Ordinary 10 pence
shares by way of Block Listing.

The shares are expected to be issued in connection with the Company's SAYE
Scheme and will rank pari passu with the existing class of Ordinary shares.
