The Company was informed that following the sale of 500,000 ordinary shares of
12.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 28 June 2002 by Eaglet Investment Trust plc 
("Eaglet"), Eaglet has a beneficial interest in 2,764,456 Ordinary Shares,
representing 11.59% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.  The above
Ordinary Shares are registered in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominees Ltd.
