The Company was informed on 7th April 2005 that the Trustee of the Radstone
Technology PLC Share Incentive Plan acquired a further 4,226 ordinary shares of
12.5p each in the Company on 4th April 2005.   Following this purchase the Trust
holds 152,938 shares representing 0.50% of the issued share capital of the
Company.



All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
