                               Holding in Company


The Company was informed on 3rd November 2004 that the Trustee of the Radstone
Technology PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "Trust"), purchased 3,056 ordinary
shares of 12.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 2nd November 2004.
Following this purchase the Trust now holds 134,948 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.45% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
