Following the recent issue of 9,772,795 ordinary shares in the Company,
Mavinwood is aware that, as at 1 June 2006, Cazenove Capital Management's
holding in the Company's ordinary shares has been diluted to 12.93 per cent. of
the Company's issued share capital. Cazenove Capital Management's interest
arises from managing these shares as an authorised investment manager.
