JOHCM OEIC Managers LLP as discretionary investment manager of a UCITS is
currently interested in 1,176,127 Ordinary Shares of 12.5p each in Radstone
Technology PLC.

Our records indicate that, based on an issued share capital of 30,299,640
Ordinary Shares of 12.5p each, this figure amounts to 3.88% of the issued share
capital of Radstone Technology PLC.
