The Company was informed on 6 August 2004 that the Trustee of the Radstone
Technology PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "Trust"), purchased 3,671 ordinary
shares of 12.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 5 August 2004.
Following this purchase the Trust now holds 126,184 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.42% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.



All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
