                               Holding in Company


The Company has been informed that Water Lane Trustees Limited, the Trustee of
the Radstone Technology Employee Trust, acquired a further 29,566 ordinary
shares of 12.5p each in the Company on 9 July 2004 at £3.10 per share.

These shares represent part of the bonuses earned by senior employees which are
converted into shares.  The shares are held in trust on the employee's behalf
for a period of three years during which time their right to ownership is lost
should they leave the Company.

Following this purchase the Trust held 123,817 shares representing 0.41% of the
issued share capital of the Company.

The Trustee distributed 12,803 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company to
certain employees including the Directors on 19 July 2004.  These also
represented shares held by the Trust as part of the bonuses earned by senior
executives of the Company in prior years, the ownership of which became
unconditional on 1 July 2004, hence triggering the distribution.

In addition to, and at the same time as, this distribution, the Trust disposed
of 4,552 ordinary shares at £2.82 per share in order to meet the tax and
national insurance liabilities of the beneficiaries of the Trust.

Following the above disposals, the shareholdings of the Trust and the Directors
of the Company who received shares from the Trust are as follows:
