The Company was informed on 6th March 2004 that the Trustee of the Radstone
Technology PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "Trust"), purchased 2,562 ordinary
shares of 12.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £3.838 per
share on 4 March 2004. Following this purchase the Trust now holds 117,176
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.42% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.


All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
