The Company was informed on 6th February 2004 that the Trustee of the Radstone
Technology PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "Trust"), purchased 2,581 ordinary
shares of 12.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £3.8113
per share on 4 February 2004. Following this purchase the Trust now holds
114,396 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.41% of the issued ordinary share capital
of the Company.

All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
