                                HOLDING IN COMPANY

The Company was notified on 20 April 2004 that Prudential plc (including certain
of its subsidiaries) has an interest in 3,407,826 ordinary shares of 12.5p each
in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), which represents 12.16% of the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company. The current issued share capital of
Radstone is 28,021,660 ordinary shares of 12.5p shares.
