The Company was informed today that the Radstone Technology Employee Trust (the
"Trust"), purchased a total of 67,815 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:

Following this purchase the Trust now holds 209,773 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.88% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.


The Ordinary Shares held by the Trust represent part of the bonus entitlement
earned by the directors and senior management of the Company. The shares are
held in trust on the employees' behalf for a period of 3 years during which time
their right to ownership is lost should they leave the Company.
