Radstone Technology PLC ('the Company')
Substantial Shareholding
The Company was notified on 27 October 2000 that as a
result of recent sales Prudential plc is currently
interested in 750,000 ordinary 12.5p shares of the Company
('Ordinary Shares') representing 3.18 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital. The Ordinary
Shares are registered in the name of PRUCLT HSBC GIS NOM
(UK) PPL AC.
