                             Board Change

Mavinwood plc, the AIM Listed support services company, announces that John
Minton, executive director is leaving the Board with immediate effect due to ill
health.

Mavinwood Chairman Philip Reid said: 'I have enjoyed working with John over the
last 2 years and would like to thank him for his help and support. I and the
rest of the Board wish him all the very best for the future'.

Ed Marshall, Managing Director of Document Control Services, will assume John's
executive responsibilities for Mavinwood's Document Handling Division
comprising, Restore, Wansdyke and Document Control Services.
