The Company was informed on 10th May 2005 that the Trustee of the Radstone
Technology PLC Share Incentive Plan acquired a further 5,108 ordinary shares of
12.5p each in the Company on 5th May 2005.   Following this purchase the Trust
holds 158,046 shares representing 0.52% of the issued share capital of the
Company.

All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
