The Company was informed on 3 June 2004 that the Trustee of the Radstone
Technology PLC Share Incentive Plan acquired a further 3,289 ordinary shares of
12.5p each in the Company on 5 July 2004. The Company was informed of this
purchase on 6 July 2004. Following this purchase the Trust holds 122,513 shares
representing 0.44% of the issued share capital of the Company.

All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
