The Company was informed on 12 June 2003 that Peter Cavill, a director of
Radstone exercised 90,000 options over ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 11 June 2003. Of these 75,000 were exercised at
118p per Ordinary Share and the balance at 41.5p per Ordinary Share. Following
the exercise of these options Mr. Cavill sold 42,000 Ordinary Shares at a price
of 265p per share.


Mr. Cavill now holds an interest in 71,333 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.3% of
the Ordinary Share capital.
