                    Radstone Technology PLC (the "Company")


The Company was informed on 4 February, 2003 that the Trustees of the Radstone
Technology PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "Trust"), purchased 3,364 ordinary
shares of 12.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £2.83 per
share on 3 February, 2003. Following this purchase the Trust now holds 83,753
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.35% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.

All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
