                               Directors Dealing

The Company was informed that PJ Cavill, a director of the Company, today sold
7,000 ordinary shares of 12.5p each ("Ordinary Shares) at 238 pence per Ordinary
Share. These shares were sold to meet a tax liability.

Following this transaction, PJ Cavill is beneficially interested in 23,333
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1 per cent of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
