                    Radstone Technology PLC (the "Company")




The Company was informed on 4 April that the Trustees of the Radstone Technology
PLC All Employee Share Ownership Plan (the "Trust"), had yesterday purchased
4,318 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of £2.07 per share. Following this purchase the Trust now holds 47,886
Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2% of the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company.


All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
