The Company has been informed that Kevin Boyd, a director of Radstone 
Technology PLC, purchased 3,000 Ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company on 
6 February 2006 at a price of 227p.

Mr. Boyd now holds an interest in 4,983 Ordinary shares, representing 0.02% of 
the issued Ordinary share capital.
