The Company was advised today that Stephen Watkins, a Non-Executive Director of
the Company, sold 2,700,000 shares in the Company on the 24th April 2007 at 17p
each.

Following this transaction Mr Watkins has a beneficial holding in the Company of
9,599,200 shares representing approximately 2.10% of the issued share capital of
the Company.
