                              Director's dealings

The Company announces that it was notified today that Kevin Mahoney, Chief
Executive Director, sold 800,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') today at a price of 10.5p per share to meet personal
financial needs. Following this disposal Mr Mahoney is interested in 2,950,000
Ordinary Shares representing 0.9 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
