                    Radstone Technology PLC (the "Company")



The Company was informed on the 4 January 2006 that the Trustee of the Radstone
Technology PLC Share Incentive Plan (the 'Trust'), acquired a further 4,460
ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company on 3 January 2006.  Following the
purchase, the Trust holds 173,946 shares representing 0.57% of the issued share
capital of the Company.



All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
