                    Radstone Technology PLC (the "Company")

The Company was informed on the 2 September 2005 that the Trustee of the
Radstone Technology PLC Share Incentive Plan (the 'Trust'), acquired a further
3,659 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company on 2 September 2005.
Following the purchase, the Trust holds 168,146 shares representing 0.55% of the
issued share capital of the Company.

All employees of the Company, including the executive directors, are potential
beneficiaries of the Trust.
