Completion of disposal

Further to its announcement of 9 June 2009, Mavinwood plc is pleased to announce that following shareholder approval at a General Meeting on 25 June the disposals of ANSA Holdings Limited, Independent Inspections Holdings Limited and Home and Comforts Limited have now been completed.

On completion of the disposals Mr Steve Watkins resigned from the Board of Mavinwood plc with immediate effect.
