                                Board Appointment


Radstone Technology PLC, the world's leading independent supplier of high-
performance,  embedded computer products for defence and aerospace applications,
is pleased to announce the  appointment of Mark Lee as Group Finance Director.

Mark will be joining Radstone's Board of Directors on 18th September 2006.

Mark (43) is currently Group Finance Director of Victoria PLC, a fully listed
manufacturing  company having joined Victoria's Board in May 1998.  Previously,
he was a director of Arthur  Andersen Corporate Finance and prior to that worked
in investment banking.

Mark, a graduate engineer, qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the then 
Coopers & Lybrand.

Jeff Perrin, Radstone Technology's Chief Executive, said:

"I am delighted that Mark will be joining us.  He has considerable experience
with both a quoted  company background and with strong commercial experience.  
I am confident that he will add  significant value to the Radstone team."

In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (1) of the Listing Rules, we notify that
Mark Lee is not a  current director of any other publicly quoted company.  There
are no further details to be disclosed  under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the
Listing Rules.
