                             Annual General Meeting
                              Chairman's Statement

Speaking at today's Annual General Meeting of Radstone Technology PLC
("Radstone"), the world's leading independent supplier of high-performance,
embedded computer products for defence and aerospace applications, the Chairman,
Rhys Williams made the following Statement:

"At the AGM last year we welcomed Octec Limited to the Group. This year it is
pleasing to report that they have recently been selected to supply the
ballistics predictor and auto-tracker for a new automated 30mm gun to equip
Royal Navy Type 23 frigates. This is part of the program to improve defences
against the threat from fast inshore attack craft and validates our belief that
Octec's products are well placed to help combat this and other so called
asymmetric threats.

Group sales in the first five months of the year were 21% above the
corresponding period last year. Excluding Octec, acquired at the beginning of
July 2004 and SensorCom, disposed of in March 2005, the like for like increase
was 20%. Revenue in the first half of last year was depressed by production and
supply issues that were resolved in the third quarter.
We continue to increase our investment in development to take advantage of a
record level of enquiries from customers. This increased expenditure, combined
with a dollar hedged at a weaker rate, lead us to expect that the loss for the
half year will be similar to that reported in the prior year.

New orders have sustained the order book at a record level which underpins the
Group's prospects for the full year as a whole."
