Restore plc ("Restore") is pleased to announce the acquisition of Crimson UK Limited ("Crimson"), a document scanning business based in Greater Manchester.

Crimson was purchased for a cash consideration of £1 million on a cash-free, debt-free basis, funded from Restore's existing bank facilities. Further payments up to a maximum of £675,000 over 5 years may be made, conditional on the award and execution of a potential major contract.
