RTS NETWORKS GROUP PLC ('RTS NETWORKS')
Due to the heavy demand for the Supplemental Offer among shareholders in
Robotic Technology Systems PLC ('RTS'), those who applied for RTS NetWorks
shares in excess of the entitlement of 1 RTS NetWorks share at a price of
62.5p for every 4 RTS shares held will each receive approximately 4 per cent.
