RTS NetWorks Group PLC 12 April 2001 RTS Networks Group PLC ('RTS Networks' or 'the Group') 2001 product strategy and product rollout plan The Board of RTS NetWorks, the provider of next- generation e- and m-business solutions, today announces its product strategy for 2001. Since flotation on AIM in December 1999, the Group has focused strongly on Research and Development in order to build a competitive offering for strategic, high-growth markets, including financial services, consumer retail, business to business commerce and content management industries. Rollout of products in the coming months will include: RTSe Financial Solutions: This encompasses specialist software products and services for the financial sector for fixed or mobile delivery. RTSe Investor Framework includes a portfolio of flexible products enabling rapid deployment of banking and securities applications, some are already available; others are to be rolled out between now and July. An important aspect of Investor Framework is RTSe Mobile Finance with the capacity to deliver services and information over mobile phones and other handheld devices. RTSe Commerce Management RTSe Commerce Management is a suite of products and customised solutions supporting consumer or B2B sales. A key product is RTSe Axida HDi which simplifies the process of making customer deliveries, enabling the user to easily control the level of service and associated charge by product type and/or geographic area. Version 4 will be commercially available in the second quarter of 2001. Also in 2001, RTSe is developing RTSe Mobile Commerce, an initiative to provide mobile solutions for the retail industry. RTSe Content Management This is a suite of tools and systems for building and managing portals and complex web environments. RTSe Synchronicity version 2 and RTSe Site Kit are both due for release during the second quarter of 2001.
