RTS NetWorks Group PLC 8 May 2001 RTS NETWORKS GROUP PLC ('RTS Networks') New Contracts The Board of RTS Networks Group PLC ('RTS NetWorks' or 'the Company'), provider of next generation e- and m- commerce solutions, is pleased to announce the following: The company has been awarded an initial contract to develop a mobile entertainment portal for iFone. The value of the initial contract is £300k and will principally benefit revenues in the first half of the current year. Supported by games publisher Infogrames, iFone develops game-based products and services for young consumers. Online games, handset downloads, music, streaming media, unified messaging and online locker space will be available through the portal for both groups and individuals. iFone also has a strategic alliance with Terraplay Systems. Morgan O'Rahilly, iFone's chief content officer, commented: 'We chose RTS NetWorks for its proven expertise in the development of successful wireless applications. With RTS Networks as a partner, we believe we can extend the scope and power of wireless entertainment solutions and push the boundaries of wireless entertainment in general.' Additionally, the Board is pleased to report that the Finnish Ministry of Finance has recently awarded the Company a contract to build an on-line gateway to public sector information in Finland. The initial contract is valued at £160k and will benefit 2001 revenues.
