           RTS NETWORKS GROUP PLC ('RTS Networks' or 'the Company')


RTS Networks today announces that the Extraordinary General Meeting convened
for 13 November 2001, as announced on 18 October 2001, has been cancelled and
re-convened for 26 November 2001. The time and venue of the meeting are
unchanged. Notice of the re-arranged meeting has today been posted to
shareholders informing them of this change.

The rearrangement of the meeting is required because of an error in posting,
which rendered the previous notices invalid due to insufficient notice.
