                               Grant of Options

On 22 June 2001, the Board approved the grant of options to Andrew Page,
Finance Director of the Company, over 400,000 of the Company's shares of 25p
each.  The options were granted for nil consideration and are exercisable at a
price of 54.35p, being the average middle market quotation of the Company's
shares, as derived from the Daily Official List, over the five dealing days
immediately preceding the date of grant.  The options are exercisable between
three and ten years after their being granted and are subject to various
performance criteria.
