Dealing by Directors and Persons Disclosing Managerial Responsibilities
('PDMRs')


The Company announces that Andrew Page, Chief Executive Officer has today
exercised options over 691,223 ordinary shares at 67.4p per share. Following the
exercise he sold in the market 650,000 shares at an average price of 351.153846p
per share

Subsequent to the above Andrew Page now holds 250,173 ordinary shares in the
Company.
