       Dealing by Persons Disclosing Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')


The Company has been advised on 23 November 2005, that Mr D Breithaupt, a PDMR,
has sold 15,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 144p per share on 23 November
2005.


Following this sale Mr Breithaupt's holding in the Company is now 25,000
ordinary shares.
