The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors and
PDMRs in the Company's ordinary shares of 28.125p each ('Shares').


The Company has been advised that on 23 April 2008 the following awards have
been made to Directors and PDMRs under the 2003 SAYE scheme, at an option price
of 125p per share.
