       Dealing by Persons Disclosing Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')


The Company announces that Mr D Breithaupt, a PDMR, has today exercised his
options to subscribe for 100,488 ordinary shares in the Company at 60.2p per
share. Following the exercise, Mr Breithaupt has then sold 60,488 ordinary
shares at 124p per share.

Mr Breithaupt's holding in the Company is now 40,000 ordinary shares.
