Appointment of Group Managing Director

The directors of RTS NetWorks today announce the appointment of Mr Anthony
Harvey Harrison as Group Managing Director of the Company with effect from 19
May 2000.

As announced on 7 April 2000, Mr Harrison joined RTS NetWorks from GE
Information Services, the business-to-business information technology company,
where he was UK Managing Director responsible for software and e-commerce
solutions.  In an 18 year career with GE Information Services, Mr Harrison
previously acted as European Marketing Director.

Mr Harrison, who is aged 44, has held over the previous five years, the
following directorship:

There are no further matters to be disclosed in relation to Mr Harrison with
respect to Rule 16.9(c) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
